INTERFACE™ TUTORIALSFind a Listing by the Listing Agent |
This tutorial explains how to find a listing if you know the Listing Agent and how to find all of the Agent's listings (which is the same thing). INTERFACE™ automatically includes all co-listings in this search.
There are actually two ways to do this search. They both come to the same result and it really doesn't matter which one you use. Probably the easiest approach is to start by finding the agent record, and then clicking the Listings by this Agent button.
That method is described on This Page.
You can also do this type of search from the Find By menu. Proceed as follows:
Select either the Office or Agent Number. In this example we'll choose the Office method.
Type in DFH as shown above and the DFH offices will be shown in the right portion of the open window. Next, double click on the office of choice. The following list will display in the right main window:
Double click on the agent of choice - in this case Mike Fowles and the Agent's Bio will display ...
Next, click on the Listings by this Agent button to view their listings as described in the 1st method at the top of this page.
