A the top of the list is a column header which contains the names for each column. It looks like this:
The names in the column header are more than just labels. They are actually buttons that you can click. If you click one of the buttons then the list will be sorted by that column. If for example you want to sort the list by ML Number you click.
It is possible to do multi-level sorts. This is so because the sort function only rearranges the list to the extent necessary to achieve the sort. So if you sort by ML Number and then by Price Sold, the listings that have the same price sold will be arranged by ML Number, since that was the underlying sort. For example, if you wanted to sort first by Map Area, second by Price Sold and third by ML Number, then first you click on the ML Number heading then you click Price Sold and then you click Map Area.
Sorting is done in the most natural sequence. Names are sorted alphabetically. Numbers are sorted ascending. Dates are sorted with the most recent first. If you want to sort in the reverse order, right click on the button you want to reverse-sort by and a pop-up menu will appear.
Then click Reverse Sort on the pop-up menu and the sort order normally associated with that column will be reversed.
