Private Client Services™ (PCS) is a module of INTERFACExpress™ that allows salespeople to setup a private website for a client containing listings that match the search criteria based on the client’s need. As new listings become available (or change) that match the criteria, a notification is sent to the client to advise them.
REALTORS can log into INTERFACExpress™, setup a client and enter/save search and contact information. This system can work automatically or there is also the choice to "queue" the search. The "queue the listings" option can be used when salespeople want to review and determine which listings are applicable to the client, prior to them being released to the client for viewing. You can also "add" listings to the list.
Once the PCS is setup for the client, a notification is sent to the client via email (or text messaging) letting the client know that new or changed listings are available. A link is also provided to their private website. Once the client has accessed the site and reviewed any of the listings, if any new or changed listings are added to the system that match their criteria, another notification will be sent.
