The server stores your personal photo and office logo ensuring that these images are available each time a template requiring these graphics are called for. This applies to all products including INTERFACE™, INTERFACExpress™, Private Client Services™ (PCS) and PocketINTERFACE™ (wireless).
If you already have high quality personal photo (in an electronic format) but do not have the photo in the system yet, please go to Step 2. If you do not have a high quality personal photo go to Step 1.
Step 1: Have a professional photographer capture just the right picture of you. Obtain an electronic image in a JPEG format not greater than 1 MB in size.
Step 2: Click here to download and/or print the Photo Tool documentation in PDF format. Go to the section entitled "Your Personal Photo" and follow the instructions.
